I’m on a mission to build a movement where women at every stage of life feel a deep sense of belonging, confidently pursue leadership, and strengthen their communities through connection.
For years, my most important role was at home raising and homeschooling my three sons alongside my husband and high school sweetheart, Darrin.
At the time, women were often told that stepping away from their careers meant risking their future opportunities and professional growth.
Long before remote work, social media, and online business opportunities changed the landscape, I made the decision to invest fully in my family and trust that purpose has a way of evolving through every season of life.
Years later, I re-entered the workforce and discovered something powerful — Leadership doesn’t always follow a straight path. And it doesn’t have to carry a fancy title.
You may already be a leader and not even realize it.
Because leadership happens in the small moments where you choose to show up. Leadership is built through life experience, resilience, relationships, and the willingness to keep growing even when your journey looks different than everyone else’s.

Today, I serve as president and CEO of the Farmington Chamber of Commerce, where I’ve become known as a connector, community builder, and advocate for meaningful relationships and conversations. Through my work, I launched the Four Corners Professional Women’s Summit, creating a space for women to gather, learn, and grow.
I’ve also had the opportunity to create initiatives like the Focus on Farmington Coffee events, designed to bring people together, support local businesses, and help community members feel connected and welcomed.
Social media and technology have made it easier than ever to communicate, yet many people still feel disconnected, unseen, and isolated. I believe we’re craving something deeper — honest conversations, genuine relationships, and spaces where people truly feel they belong.
That belief is what inspired me to launch Jameson Church, LLC, and to continue this mission beyond my role at the chamber through speaking, coaching, and real-life conversations.
Through my speaking, coaching, and leadership development work, I help women build confidence, strengthen leadership, create meaningful connections, and navigate growth with purpose.
Whether I’m speaking at an event, coaching someone through a season of transition, or leading a conversation over a cup of coffee, my goal is always the same: To help women feel seen, valued, connected, and empowered to move forward.

Am I too young or too early in my career to step into a leadership role?
